Bluemarble Men’s Spring 2027
Bluemarble presented its Spring/Summer 2027 men’s collection in a stripped-down apartment setting in Paris. Guests entered via a stairway where two mannequins were displayed in a surreal arrangement, before moving into a space featuring a square table covered with objects. The experience concluded in a final room with a vertical screen looping the digital lineup and a wall densely hung with garments.
The collection was grounded in Anthony Alvarez’s interest in board games, approached as a space for shared enjoyment between participants, as well as French writer and sociologist Roger Caillois’ lifelong fascination with collecting precious stones.
Tailoring and everyday silhouettes were developed with mineral-inspired finishes. Cargo trousers featured metal buttons and spade-like studs, while shirts and denim incorporated patchwork details, including velvet card-deck appliqués.
The collection continued Bluemarble’s seasonless wardrobing strategy, focusing on a pragmatic approach to menswear construction and versatility. The intimate presentation format allowed close viewing of the garments and finishes, structured as a static installation experience rather than a traditional runway show.
