Plan C Fall 2026

Carolina Castiglioni offered her own take on inflation for Fall 2026, and it had nothing to do with the economy. Her label, Plan C, continues to expand its devoted following by reimagining modern workwear with playful volume and shine. The collection struck a balance between masculine precision and feminine softness, infusing utilitarian codes with ballooning shapes, glossy surfaces, and Castiglioni’s unmistakable eye for color. The result was a dressier, more exuberant vision of everyday wear that still felt practical and distinctly Plan C.

The lineup explored contrasts that define the brand’s DNA. Duchesse basques and jewel-toned miniskirts peeked out beneath bomber jackets, while unfussy long dresses were trimmed with drawstrings to create sculptural movement. Feathery accents adorned jersey and fleece separates, their detachable nature offering the kind of versatility Castiglioni prizes. Workwear staples were elevated through texture and tailoring: padded bombers appeared in pastel tones with matching skirts, while suede alternatives with shearling trims and sequined hybrid blazers added polish. Even the simplest poplin shirts were finished with bow collars, proving that utility can still feel refined.

Leopard-print ponyskin coats shared across the women’s and men’s lines delivered the boldest statement, though accessories offered subtler ways to tap into the collection’s mood. Deer-skin opera gloves, plush stoles, and elongated wrist bags with metal ring handles added a hint of offbeat glamour. Sculptural brooches echoed the original artworks by Franco Mazzucchelli featured in the lookbook and at the new Plan C Framework store in Milan. The message was clear: Carolina Castiglioni’s Plan C is evolving with confidence, staying practical while embracing a joyful sense of volume, texture, and creative freedom.
