Ksenia Schnaider Spring/Summer 2027
For Spring/Summer 2027, Ksenia Schnaider hands the creative reins to Anton Schnaider, turning football shirts, racing uniforms and fan culture into a playful study of identity, belonging and the freedom to opt out.
For SS27, Anton Schnaider steps into the role of Creative Director for the first time, bringing his background in graphic design into a collection built around the idea of belonging without necessarily wanting to belong. Titled UTC+1, it borrows the visual language of football clubs, racing teams and sportswear — logos, numbers, flags, surnames and crests — before quietly dismantling it. Some logos lead nowhere; others are invented altogether, creating fictional affiliations that look familiar but refuse to represent anything in particular. It is a clever way of questioning how much of identity is built through the symbols we choose to wear.
That idea extends into the clothes themselves through what Schnaider calls “walkwear”: practical clothing for the urban wanderer, with multi-pocket pieces designed to replace a bag and protective bodysuits borrowed from performance wear. Romantic florals sit against cargo details, while flower bags and the collection's Lee Cooper collaboration soften the more functional elements. Made entirely in Kyiv at the brand's own production facility, the collection remains rooted in the label's long-running upcycling practice. Everything appears to belong to a team, a city or a particular tribe. The joke is that, this time, the team doesn't actually exist.
