Kobi Halperin Fall 2026
For Fall 2026, Kobi Halperin expanded his narrative instincts with a collection that moved from last season’s Garden of Eden into the biblical world of Noah’s Ark. Presented in the gilded interiors of the Opéra Garnier during Paris Fashion Week, the show used Abrahamic symbolism as its central storyline, layered with impressions from the designer’s recent travels through Sicily.
The opening sequence evoked the gathering storm before the flood. Grey wool coats appeared in varied silhouettes, alongside pinstripe tailoring that gave the lineup a structured, almost sombre tone. Trousers gathered at the mid calf with a rear button detail introduced a subtle twist to traditional tailoring, while embroidered droplets and matching jewellery suggested falling rain or tears, reinforcing the narrative atmosphere.
As the story progressed, animal motifs began to surface. Feline imagery appeared in different scales and techniques, from printed denim to jacquard fil coupé and shimmering all over sequins. Faux fur stoles, swinging fringe and cascades of bugle beads hinted at other creatures within the imagined ark, gradually shifting the collection toward a more decorative and evening focused register. Leather pieces added a darker, more sculptural counterpoint to the softer fabrics.
Halperin’s signature romanticism remained intact. Frilled maxi dresses, lamé threaded blouses and full lace skirts anchored the collection in the feminine codes his clientele expects. Accessories played a key role in heightening the storytelling: delicate gold jewellery appeared as rose shaped brooches, lapel pins and oversized star earrings, while abstract mesh constructions framed the face or body, including a chain bralette paired with an A line pony skirt and cropped tuxedo jacket.
The result was a theatrical yet recognisably Halperin wardrobe, where biblical allegory and travel memories merged with the brand’s established language of embroidery, lace and quietly opulent eveningwear.
