Chloé Pre-Fall 2026
Chemena Kamali’s Pre-Fall 2026 collection for Chloé, titled Female Trouble, examined the quiet rituals of how women get dressed. Rather than offering a single ideal of femininity, Kamali focused on the instinctive process of personal style, built over time through everyday choices. The lookbook, photographed by Mark Kean, captured women mid-gesture and mid-thought, presenting them in moments that felt unguarded and real. It was an intimate study of self-expression, where each piece reflected how confidence grows through repetition and habit.
The clothes balanced ease and sensuality. Garment-dyed denim and softened workwear formed the foundation, while lace camisoles, fluid blouses and cropped leather jackets added movement. Wide Basque belts drew the eye to the waist, defining silhouettes without stiffness. The palette moved between gentle pastels and saturated shades of sapphire, amber and pistachio, with Chloé’s familiar neutrals grounding the collection. Every look felt intentional but never overworked, a wardrobe that could live beyond the runway.
Accessories brought lightness and wit: apple-core pendants, clam-shaped rings with hidden mirrors and a miniature Marcie bag that turned practicality into play. What emerged was a clear statement about modern femininity. Female Trouble is not about reinvention but refinement, showing that the most confident kind of beauty is often the most natural.
