Shiatzy Chen Fall 2026
At Paris Fashion Week, Shiatzy Chen unveiled the Shiatzy Chen Fall 2026 collection at the Palais de Tokyo, continuing the brand’s signature dialogue between Eastern heritage and Western tailoring. Designer Wang Chen Tsai Hsia drew inspiration from the splendour of the Tang dynasty, exploring the movement of fabric, light and the symbolic beauty of jade, a gemstone deeply embedded in Chinese culture and long associated with virtue, purity and protection.
The Shiatzy Chen Fall 2026 show unfolded like a living scroll, with models moving as if through palace landscapes and classical paintings. In the front row sat brand ambassador Liu Yu alongside celebrity couple Chen Handian and Lulu Huang. The Shiatzy Chen Fall Winter 2026 collection reinterpreted traditional Chinese dress through modern silhouettes, drawing from the flowing lines of the Ruqun of the Han dynasty and the high waisted elegance of Tang era garments.
Colour played a central role in the Shiatzy Chen Fall 2026 collection, with shades of orange, jade green and gold evoking imperial richness. Softer combinations of white and green or white and red referenced the celebrated Jadeite Cabbage housed at the National Palace Museum. Jade itself appeared throughout the Shiatzy Chen Fall Winter 2026 lineup as both ornament and symbol, from delicate inlays on brushed denim to donut shaped buckles worn close to the body and jewellery pieces that could shift from necklace to brooch. The result was a Shiatzy Chen Fall 2026 collection that balanced historical opulence with a mineral like clarity, allowing the brand’s refined craftsmanship to shine.
