Magda Butrym Fall 2026

At Paris Fashion Week, Magda Butrym presented the Magda Butrym Fall 2026 collection, titled Zima, the Polish word for winter. For designer Magda Butrym, winter was less about weather and more about attitude. The Magda Butrym Fall Winter 2026 collection drew inspiration from the character Irena in the film Hunting Flies, directed by Andrzej Wajda and starring Małgorzata Braunek. Butrym described the heroine as effortless and sensual, comparing her cool confidence to that of Kate Moss, a spirit that set the tone for the Magda Butrym Fall 2026 show.

The Magda Butrym Fall 2026 collection marked a subtle evolution for the Warsaw based label. While previous seasons leaned heavily into prints and dresses, the Magda Butrym Fall Winter 2026 lineup placed outerwear at its centre. Long leather coats tied neatly at the waist, rounded shoulder overcoats and duvet jackets cinched with leather bodices created silhouettes that felt protective yet romantic. Fur trimmed trenches added further drama, presenting a wardrobe designed to move through winter cities with confidence and ease.

Throughout the Magda Butrym Fall 2026 collection, the palette remained largely monochrome, allowing texture to carry the visual impact. Bouclé, crochet, faux fur, shearling and dense knits introduced depth while hemlines lengthened and heels softened, suggesting a more practical approach to the Magda Butrym woman. The designer also introduced a new accessory within the Magda Butrym Fall Winter 2026 show, the Barbara bag, a miniature top handle style created after a friend requested something smaller and more refined. As the brand prepares to open a New York store later this year, the Magda Butrym Fall 2026 collection suggested a label thinking not only about glamour, but about longevity and everyday elegance.
