Courrèges Fall 2026

Nicolas Di Felice’s fall collection for Courrèges was a cinematic study of a day in the life of a modern woman. Set on a narrow, street-like runway complete with manholes and surface markings, the show felt alive and kinetic, every step of the models brushing close to the audience. Inspired by Belgian director Chantal Akerman’s films, Di Felice envisioned the collection as a tracking shot, translating movement into fabric. Flecked denims evoked asphalt, vinyls flexed between edgy T-shirts and sleek pleated dresses, and sharp funnel collars and geometric cutouts gave a futuristic nod to the label’s Space Age roots while maintaining an unmistakable sensuality.

The collection explored the full spectrum of Courrèges’ signature materials with inventive touches. Dresses and skirts were constructed from organza Paris metro tickets or cloakroom stubs, while the new Shadow bag molded elegantly to its contents. Satin draped over metallic frames referenced archival imagery from 1965, and vinyl appeared both as a structured, protective layer and as a glossy, fashion-forward accent. Throughout, the silhouettes emphasized the wearer’s presence, balancing protection with empowerment, a reminder of the house’s legacy reinterpreted for today.

Veteran models including Anne-Catherine Lacroix and Nataša Vojnović carried the collection with understated confidence. The finale transformed the day-to-night wardrobe into entirely white looks, an open canvas ready for the next chapter. Di Felice’s vision was simple but potent: structure and precision serve as a protective frame, allowing women to feel beautiful while moving seamlessly through their day.
